  1. MYANMAR (formerly Burma) - Passport and visa required.  Single-entry
  2. visas, for stay up to 14 days, requires $16 fee for tourist visa and $30 fee
  3. for business visa, 2 application forms, 3 photos and itinerary.  Tourists
  4. visas are issued for package or group tours as well as Foreign Independent
  5. Travelers (FITs).  FITs holding tourist visas must change a minimum of
  6. $200 (U.S.) upon arrival.  Business visa requires company letter and
  7. invitation from a Myanmarian company; extendable after arrival. 
  8. Overland travel into and out of Myanmar is only permitted at certain points
  9. (check with Embassy).  Enclose prepaid envelope for return of passport by
  10. registered/certified mail.  Allow 2-3 weeks for processing.  Minimum of
  11. $100 must be changed for local currency on arrival.  For further
